I’m Isabell — or Izzy — Founder of EAZZEA, a brand born from a deep passion for meaningful travel, art, culture, and connection. Grown up multicultural and rooted in a family background in international luxury hospitality, I developed an early appreciation for culture, aesthetics, and the beauty of genuine encounters.
Having traveled and worked across continents — from Asia to Africa to Europe and beyond — I’ve gained a global perspective that shapes every experience I create. With over a decade in hospitality and international events, I’ve learned that unforgettable moments are not just about logistics or luxury, but about authenticity, emotional resonance, and human connection.
Before founding EAZZEA, I built my career in luxury hospitality and event management, starting with an apprenticeship and management trainee program, followed by roles as Event Manager and International Catering Manager for high-profile global events. Most recently, as Business Development Manager at visitBerlin, I promoted Berlin as a destination for international events, combining cultural authenticity with high-end professionalism.
EAZZEA is the continuation of that journey. Every experience I design reflects ease, curiosity, and flow — whether it’s a bespoke travel journey, a curated event, or a collaboration across cultures. Through EAZZEA, I bring my global perspective, cultural insight, and personal passion to create experiences that inspire and connect.
